Date: Tuesday, October 11th
Time: 7pm - 8:30pm
Co-hosted by Essaim de la Reine and Brasserie Gasconha
Joanna, the co-founder of L’Essaim de la Reine will present with Chloé from Brasserie Gascony southwest floral honeys associated with local Alouette beers.
The L’Essaim de la Reine highlights the flowers that make up the picture of the southwest. Resulting from beekeeping that respects people and bees, their hybrid model between city and countryside aims to modernize the image and consumption of honey and thus proudly defend life at the rhythm of the south-west.
The Brasserie Gasconha, located in Pessac, has existed since 2010 and is one of the oldest breweries in the Bordeaux region. She wants to promote the area by offering quality craft beers. This brewery is a great success with the Bordeaux public. Bordeaux is well known for wine but beer is also interesting to taste and pair with food.
